Guided by his inexhaustible fascination for world liquors, Mr Nakamori travels to Europe every year to visit a diversity of prestigious wineries and cellars. Charmed by his experience, he named his bar “DORAS” or “Door” in Gaelic, aspiring to open Japanese people to the beauty of European cultures and traditions. The refined combination of French-style furniture and Italian opera invites the customers to an authentic experience of western excellence. If the bar is not members-only, the atmosphere and catering level do treasure the time of each client with special attention and a feeling of exclusivity. The sole prerequisite is knocking at the door, and the bartender Yasutaka Nakamori will welcome you in.
